APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Include a copy of your highest degree earned.

  3. We will contact you with the next step upon receipt of your application.​

Please note: $180 annual membership fee is due by the dates listed below and includes:

  • Current Year National Dues  (due by September 1, of the current year)

  • Current Year Local Dues (due by November 30, of the current year)
